Marvel Greenlights Daredevil: Born Again Season 3

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Marvel has officially renewed Daredevil: Born Again for a third season, even before the release of Season 2. Brad Winderbaum, a Marvel executive, confirmed in an interview with IGN that production on Season 3 will begin in 2026.

Born Again is part of Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and follows Matt Murdock (Daredevil) and Wilson Fisk (Kingpin) as they attempt to set aside their rivalry to help the people of New York—though their past refuses to let them go.

The series brings back Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Franklin “Foggy” Nelson, Wilson Bethel as Bullseye, and Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin, fully integrating them into the MCU. Jon Bernthal will also reprise his role as Frank Castle, aka The Punisher.

Beyond Season 2 of Born Again, The Punisher will return in a special standalone episode, which Bernthal is co-writing with Reinaldo Marcus Green.

Season 1 was initially conceived as a complete reboot, but Marvel retooled the project—cutting several episodes—to ensure stronger continuity with the original Netflix series and to satisfy fan expectations.

While plot details for Season 2 remain under wraps, the return of Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) and Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson has been confirmed.

Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again is currently scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in March 2026.
