Digital Release Date Announced for One Battle After Another

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Paul Thomas Anderson’s film One Battle After Another will be released on digital platforms on November 20, 2025 (29 Aban 1404), followed by a Blu-ray release on January 20, 2026. An earlier release date, however, remains possible.

Anderson’s latest film has received widespread critical acclaim and is considered an Oscar contender in several categories, including Best Actor and Best Actress for Leonardo DiCaprio and Chase Infinity, Best Original Score, Best Director, and Best Picture. Despite the strong reviews, the $100 million production is expected to bring losses exceeding $100 million to Warner Bros., according to Variety, due to its moderate box office performance.

The 161-minute film follows a group of former revolutionaries who reunite sixteen years after the return of their enemies to rescue one member’s daughter. The story is a modern adaptation of Thomas Pynchon’s novel The Vineyard and marks Anderson’s most expensive cinematic project to date. The film stars Benicio del Toro, Sean Penn, Alana Haim, Wood Harris, Chase Infinity, and Regina Hall, with Michael Bauman serving as cinematographer and Jonny Greenwood composing the score.

Filmmakers such as Steven Spielberg, Francis Ford Coppola, and Paul Schrader have praised the film. Michael Mann previously remarked:
