First Look at Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried in Paul Feig’s The Housemaid

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Lionsgate has unveiled the first images of Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried in the film adaptation of The Housemaid, a novel by Freida McFadden.

In the film, Sydney Sweeney plays a character named Millie, a young woman thrilled to start fresh as the housemaid for a wealthy couple, Nina and Andrew. But she soon discovers that the family is hiding dangerous secrets. Brandon Sklenar and Italian actor Michele Morrone of 365 Days also star in the latest project from the director of A Simple Favor and Bridesmaids.

It was previously announced that the film, directed by Paul Feig, will be released on December 19, just one week before Avatar: Fire & Ash. The screenplay is written by Rebecca Sonnenshine.

The Housemaid will premiere on December 19.
