Benicio Del Toro and Cameron Diaz to Star in Reenactment

According to CINEMADRAME News Agency, Benicio Del Toro, following the release of One Battle After Another, has joined the new film Reenactment. Cameron Diaz is in negotiations to star in the film, which is written and directed by Grant Singer.

No details about the story have been revealed yet, but filming is set to begin soon in Los Angeles.

Singer will collaborate again with Del Toro and Black Label Media after his 2023 film Reptile. Reptile premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and was later distributed by Netflix.

Del Toro recently surpassed $100 million in box office revenue with Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another. Diaz, on the other hand, starred opposite Jamie Foxx in the 2025 Netflix release Back In Action.

Black Label Media is also producing Singer’s upcoming film The White Van. This year, the company presented Die My Love, directed by Lynne Ramsay, at the Cannes Film Festival, which was sold to Moby for $24 million. The film, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson, is scheduled for release on November 7.
