Lisa of Blackpink Announces Las Vegas Residency “Viva La Lisa”
According to the CinemaDrame News Agency, Lisa, member of Blackpink, will hold her first Las Vegas residency titled Viva La Lisa at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace for two weekends in November: November 13–14 and November 27–28.
This announcement makes Lisa the first K-pop artist to perform a residency in Las Vegas.
Fans can register for the presale from Wednesday, April 1, at 10:00 AM to Sunday, April 19, at 10:00 PM. The artist presale begins Wednesday, April 22, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, and runs until 10:00 PM. No code is required for the artist presale on Ticketmaster, as access is granted through the linked account.
The public sale will begin Thursday, April 23, at 10:00 AM on ticketmaster.com.
The residency follows Lisa’s solo album release Alter Ego last year, as well as Blackpink’s tour and the release of their new EP Deadline last month.
Lisa, who appeared in the popular HBO series White Lotus, is also the subject of a documentary announced last year. According to the announcement, the film follows one year in the life of the singer-actress, during which she and the other Blackpink members focused on their individual projects. The documentary is directed by filmmaker Sue Kim, who directed the award-winning A24 documentary The Last of the Sea Women.
