Title of Ice Age 6 officially announced

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Disney has revealed the official title of the sixth installment in the Ice Age franchise. In a newly released teaser, the studio confirmed that the film will be called Ice Age: Boiling Point and will premiere on February 5, 2027. The film was originally slated for December 2026. The directors and screenwriters have not yet been announced.
In the Ice Age series, Ray Romano voices Manny the woolly mammoth, John Leguizamo voices Sid the sloth, Denis Leary voices Diego the saber-toothed tiger, and Queen Latifah voices Ellie the mammoth. All are returning for the sixth film. Simon Pegg will also reprise his role as Buck, the one-eyed weasel.
The first Ice Age was released in 2002, followed by four sequels between 2006 and 2016. In addition, the franchise expanded with a 2022 spinoff feature, The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild, as well as several shorts and television specials. Other voice actors who have appeared in the series include Josh Peck, Seann William Scott, Keke Palmer, Wanda Sykes, Nick Offerman, and Jennifer Lopez.
