Release Date for Season 5 of “Clarkson’s Farm” Announced

According to the CinemaDrame News Agency, Amazon Prime Video has announced that it will return to Diddly Squat Farm this summer with a new season of the popular series.
The fifth season of the hit show “Clarkson’s Farm”, hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, will be released on June 2, bringing viewers back to his life in the Cotswolds.
In this season, the first four episodes will be released simultaneously on launch day, while the remaining episodes will be released in two batches on June 9 and June 16, with two episodes dropping each time.
The series follows Clarkson, his partner Lisa Hogan, and farm manager Kaleb Cooper as they run operations at Diddly Squat Farm and the “Farmer’s Dog” pub.
The description for Season 5 states: “With new government funding causing widespread frustration among British farmers, Jeremy concludes that major changes are needed to better manage the farm.”
“But as the farm moves toward adopting advanced technologies — including a development that leads to Kaleb’s first trip abroad — even bigger events are on the horizon at Diddly Squat, bringing more serious challenges.”
Prime Video has not officially confirmed whether the series will continue beyond Season 5, although Clarkson has previously said the show has been renewed further and even hinted at plans for a seventh season.
Earlier this year, he said in an interview: “We are definitely making Season 6; both Amazon wants it and I want it. I have a good idea for Season 6. I’ve said I’ll stop when I run out of ideas, but right now I’ve got two fairly good ones, so we’ll make Season 6 and then decide what happens next.”
