Lady Gaga releases Dead Dance for Wednesday Season 2
According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Lady Gaga has released the song Dead Dance for the second season of Netflix’s Wednesday. The pop star plays the role of Rosalyn Rathwood in the second season of the series, produced and directed by Tim Burton. The music video for Dead Dance was unveiled just moments ago.
In part of the song, Gaga sings: “When you pulled me from the vessel, that was when I came alive. You created the creature of the night, now I claim your breath, your soul, and your eyes.”
The A Star Is Born actress, who co-wrote the song with Andrew Watt and Henry Walter, attended a Netflix and Spotify event last week where her fans heard the track for the first time.
Miss You by Rapture, Walk Don’t Run by The Surfaris, and Boombayah by BLACKPINK are among other songs featured in the second part of Wednesday Season 2.
At the premiere of the second season, Gaga said: “Although my role in the series was small, I truly enjoyed it. Working with Tim Burton, Jenna [Ortega], and everyone here was wonderful—it was extraordinary.”
Part two of Wednesday Season 2 was released today, Wednesday, September 3, on Netflix.
