Hollywood Rises Against Trump: Robert De Niro, Jane Fonda, and Bruce Springsteen Join Protests

Famous figures from cinema and music, including Robert De Niro, Jane Fonda, and Bruce Springsteen, participated in the third wave of nationwide protests against Trump’s policies across the United States.

According to the CinemaDrame News Agency, Robert De Niro led the protest in New York alongside Reverend Al Sharpton and Attorney General Letitia James.

In his speech, De Niro described the gatherings as a “great collective shout,” adding:
“The time has come to say no to monarchy. The time has come to say no to Donald Trump. Enough is enough. No to King Trump, no to unnecessary wars that steal our resources, sacrifice our brave soldiers, and kill the innocent. No to a corrupt leader who enriches himself and his friends. No to taking healthcare from our most vulnerable neighbors, no to unbearable food, no to expensive energy, no to unaffordable housing, and no to inflation at its highest level since the pandemic. No to criminals dressed in government attire who kill our neighbors on the streets. Trump must be stopped. He cannot carry out all the disastrous actions he has taken without the cooperation of Congress and the corrupt individuals in his administration.”
