First Trailer for Vladimir Starring Rachel Weisz

According to the CinemaDrame News Agency, Netflix has released the first trailer for the miniseries Vladimir, starring and produced by Rachel Weisz. The series was created by Julia Me Jonas, based on her own novel of the same name.
Vladimir, written by Julia Me Jonas and Kate Robin, follows the deteriorating life of a woman played by Rachel Weisz, showing what happens when she becomes infatuated with a new, seductive colleague who is determined to turn her fantasies into reality. The cast also includes Leo Woodall, John Slattery, Ellen Robertson, Matt Walsh, Kylie Carter, Miriam Silverman, Mallory Johnson, Tatiana Jones, Louis Lambert, and Jessica Henwick.
Kate Robin (The Affair) serves as showrunner, with Sharon Horgan and Jason Winer as additional executive producers. The eight-episode series is produced by 20th Television.
In the trailer, Rachel Weisz says: “I’ve realized I’ve lost my power of attraction. My husband, my students, even my daughter—my whole self… wasted.”
Vladimir will premiere on Netflix on March 5, 2026.
