First Trailer for Animated Series Splinter Cell: Deathwatch
According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Netflix has released the first official trailer for the animated series Splinter Cell: Deathwatch, featuring Liev Schreiber (The Perfect Couple) as the voice of Sam Fisher. The series will premiere this fall.
Splinter Cell: Deathwatch is adapted from Ubisoft’s iconic video game franchise and follows Sam Fisher, a former U.S. Navy SEAL. In the teaser, Fisher narrates: “Darkness is a good thing. Once you get used to the shadows, you see the true nature of villains. But they never see you coming.”
The voice cast also includes Kirby Howell-Baptiste (The Sandman) as Xenia McKenna, Janet Varney (The Legend of Korra) as Anna Grímsdóttir, and Joel Oulette (Avatar: The Last Airbender) as Thunder.
The series is written and executive produced by Derek Kolstad, best known for John Wick, with Guillaume Dousse and Félicien Colmet-Daâge directing.
Netflix has ordered two seasons of Splinter Cell: Deathwatch, totaling 16 episodes, with the first set to debut in fall 2025.
