London Critics’ Circle Awards Nominees: One Battle After Another and Hamnet Lead the Field

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another** leads the nominations for the 46th London Critics’ Circle Film Awards with nine nominations. Close behind is Chloé Zhao’s Hamnet** with eight nominations. Both films are nominated for Film of the Year, with acting nominations including Leonardo DiCaprio and Jessie Buckley.

Ryan Coogler’s Sinners** receives seven nominations, including Film of the Year, while Josh Safdie’s sports comedy Marty Supreme** follows with six nominations, and Sorry, Baby earns five.

Among British films, Harry Lighton’s Pillion** is nominated for three awards, including British/Irish Film of the Year, where it will compete with Hamnet, The Ballad of Wallis Island, and I Swear directed by Kirk Jones.

Winners will be announced on February 1, 2026 during a ceremony hosted by Mark Kermode at The May Fair Hotel in London.
